Scentsy Bulbs - Which one do I need for my Scentsy Warmer?

What do you do when you go to turn on your Scentsy Warmer & it no longer turns on? Before starting a warranty claim, be sure to check your Scentsy Bulb!

What size Scentsy bulb do I need?

This will depend on which Warmer you have. Different Scentsy Warmers take lightbulbs with different watts from 10w up to 60w. Depending on when your Warmer was made, there should be a sticker on the bottom of your Warmer or attached to the cord.

What if there isn't a sticker?

If it's a current Warmer, you can either use the catalog or website as the product details will include the bulb size you need. If it's not a current Warmer, comment down below or send me a text & I can help you identify the correct bulb size.

Can I use a different wattage or brand bulb?

It's best to use the same bulb watt your Warmer was designed to use. Using a bulb with higher wattage can be dangerous, potentially damage your Warmer, & shorten the fragrance life of your Scentsy Bar. Altering your Warmer in any way by using the incorrect wattage bulb can void your product warranty.

Using a different brand of lightbulb will not void the warranty, just ensure you use the correct wattage, shape, & size indicated. A different shape/size could make your wax melt faster or slower.

What if the light in my diffuser goes out?

Diffuser & Wall Fan Diffuser lights are part of the base & cannot be removed. If your Diffuser lights are not working, you'll likely need a new base. Comment down below or send me a text to start a warranty claim.

I have have an element warmer. Do I need a bulb?

No. Scentsy Element Warmers do not contain lightbulbs, so no replacements are needed! If your Element Warmer has an LED light, replacing this light means you’ll have to replace the whole Warmer. Comment down below or send me a text to start a warranty claim.
