My Scentsy stopped working! How do I start a lifetime warranty claim to get it replaced?

In a perfect world, every product we purchase would last forever. Unfortunately, we know that's not the case. If one of your Scentsy Warmers or other Scentsy products stops working, don't worry... you can use our lifetime warranty to replace your it for free!

Scentsy's Lifetime Replacement Warranty

Scentsy products come with a lifetime replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. If your product is damaged in shipping from Scentsy, has a manufacturing defect, or an electrical issue, it may be returned with no limitation in time, to Scentsy for repair or replacement with the same, or comparable product at Scentsy’s discretion at no cost to you.


If the Consultant you purchased your product from is no longer active, you can work with any Consultant to get it replaced. If you're in need of initiating a warranty claim, leave a comment down below or please send me a text.


When you initiate a claim

After Scentsy accepts your warranty claim, you will need to send your defective product back. You'll receive an email from FedEx with your tracking slip. The product does not need to be in it's original packaging. If you do not have a FedEx Store near you, you can request a pick up.


If you have a FedEx Store near you, you can bring you product to the store & they will scan the barcode in your email to print your packing slip. Please verify before going to your preferred location that they have the capability to scan a QR code. Some satellite FEdEx locations that are inside other stores (ex: CVS) do not have the capability.


30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it in resalable condition for exchange with a like product within 30 days of the delivery date. However, there may be a shipping cost incurred. Scentsy does not offer refunds.


Scentsy's limited-lifetime warranty

Scentsy Diffusers, Scentsy Go, Scentsy Go Solid, & Scentsy Air Purifier are guaranteed to be free from defects in material & workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Any Scentsy Air Purifier, Scentsy Go, or Scentsy Diffuser found to be defective or damaged under normal use & care within six months of purchase will be replaced with the same, or comparable, product at Scentsy’s discretion at no cost to you. After six months, Scentsy will replace any of these products due to manufacturer defects, but will require a processing fee.

Hi Kimberly, My diffuser stopped working. I did contact customer service and they said I needed to initiate the warranty claim through a consultant. The consultant that ordered this is no longer a consultant. Could you please help?

They won't help you, just find reasons to not replace. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied with a company I spent hundreds of dollars on only to be jerked around over a cheap plastic lid that the screw fell out of. Guess what a 70$ diffuser and they won't replace a cheap plastic piece. Either I had the worst customer service rep or scentsy is just a horrible company when it comes to replacing defective parts.

I have a scentsy plug in warmer with the screw on type dish and it will no longer work. It will turn on in the off position but then will go back out. Seems like the switch is defective. Scared of it being left plugged in as I had a cupcake one a long time ago did the same thing and then later caught on fire. Didn’t know you could ask for replacement if they weren’t working. My scentsy lady I used to use is no longer able to get ahold of so who should I contact for replacement? Tia for your time and help.

I have a scentsy soldier wax warmer and i have replaced the bulb and the wiring is not working. I need to get this replaced. Please contact me to let me know how i can replace it.
