Use the COACH Model for Reflection

To help guide your Q1 reflection, I love using the COACH Model — it’s simple, powerful, & keeps your review productive:


  • C: Current Reality – What’s the current state of your biz (PRV, parties, sponsoring)?

  • O: Options – What strategies could you try moving forward?

  • A: Actions – What steps are you committed to taking this quarter?

  • C: Check-In – How will you track your progress?

  • H: How Did It Go? – When Q2 ends, you’ll evaluate with this lens again!
